For $1–3M/YEAR ceos whose in-house marketing team costs more than it currently brings in.
your local business deserves a
multi-million dollar Marketing team
Turn the marketing team you already pay into a department that runs itself, without hiring a $200K fractional CMO, blowing up the team, or becoming the marketing expert yourself.
But they're playing three different solos in three different keys while you conduct from the hallway. They're expected to drive revenue without sheet music.
Until they have a clear plan, and the tools and systems to implement it, you'll keep paying salaries without getting your money's worth from their talent.
Your in-house marketing team is your biggest untapped asset, and with the right tools, they'll:
- make decisions based on real data
- run on a single shared plan
- drive real revenue instead of just finishing tasks
- run it all without you
This is for you if:
- You run an established local business making $1-3 million a year, with a marketing team on payroll
- You hired a marketing team of 2-3 people so you would stop doing marketing, and you are still the last stop on every decision.
- Your people are busy every single day finishing tasks, but nobody has a shared plan or a scoreboard that proves what made money.
- You want your team to run the department on a single plan while you get back to being the CEO.
If that's you, keep reading.
You're sitting in a marketing meeting on a Thursday, planning out the next week. But every action item, every decision, e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. is still getting rehashed from the week before. You spend more time getting on the same page than actually creating a plan to implement. And no one knows if their efforts are working.
You love your team. You hired them because they are brilliant, capable people. But to make having an in-house marketing team make sense, they have to start driving more revenue.
You do not need another brainstorming session.
You need a plan, the tools to run it, and automations that hand your team back their Thursday afternoons. Everyone gets room to breathe, you included. When was the last time that happened?
one plan on one page.
- Sized to what your team can genuinely carry, not what looks good in a deck.
- Every marketing task you personally touch has a plan for leaving your plate.

the dream day.
- One day, no deliverable, spent on what this could be. It arrives with a box.
- Everything we build for the next five months comes out of that room.

How This Works:
1. The 40-minute call
You tell me what your team is carrying and what you're still doing yourself. I tell you straight whether this is the right fit — and if it isn't, I'll tell you what I'd do instead. No pitch deck, no follow-up sequence.
2. The invoice
If it's a fit, I send one invoice. No packages, no tiers, one offer and one price.
3. The interviews
Before I look at a single number, I sit down 1:1 with every person on your marketing team. They tell me what's actually happening. You get the picture of your own business you can't get from the inside.
4. The Dream Day
A box arrives for the team a week ahead. Then we spend a day with nothing off the table — no deliverable, no defending anything. By the end, your team has chosen the three builds we spend the next five months making real.
5. the build
Three builds, one a month, with the reporting and the SOP written as the work happens. By month six your team produces the report and I only review it.
you may be wondering
Is this a course?
No. There's nothing to log into and no modules to finish. I work with your actual team, on your actual business, for six months. You're not learning marketing — you're getting a marketing team that runs without you.
Do I have to hire anyone?
No. This is built around the people you already pay. If a real gap shows up by month six, I'll tell you exactly what role fills it and what it should cost — but the whole point is that you already have more team than you're getting out of.
Are you going to tell me to fire someone?
That's not what this is. I've never met a marketing team that's bad at their jobs. I meet teams without a plan, working around a setup nobody designed on purpose. Fix the structure and you find out what your people can actually do — usually it's more than you thought.
Does this work if our marketing is already doing fine?
That's who this is for. I'm not here to fix something broken. I'm here to take something already good and make it great — and then get out of the room.
What if it's not a fit?
I'll say so on the 40-minute call, and I'll tell you what I'd do in your position instead. Nobody gets talked into a $50,000 decision.
