my background
If I learned anything from my time as a patient experience manager at a local wellness clinic, it's that a cohesive customer journey makes a HUGE difference in outcomes.
In my role I identified where people were dropping off and why. I uncovered gaps in messaging, intake, and follow-up, then built systems that supported clarity, consistency, and follow-through.
Those systems are still in use today.
That experience guides my work. I build websites and brand strategies powered by messaging and customer journeys that drive real growth.
Why are we called Web Momster?
I started Web Momster when I quit my patient experience manager "day job". I had been freelancing web design for a while, and people in town kept asking me to design for them.
Then covid hit and I made a choice. Continue to work in the clinic or finally start my business so I could stay home with my kids to help them with school. Kids win out every time!
Here's the thing - my mom hat always stays on. When I'm working, when I'm connecting with the community, whatever I'm doing. I'm always looking at it through the lens of caring about people. And that translates into my work.
I'm serious about business, but I'm always bringing my mom energy with me. I'm a certified hype woman, cheering you on as your business grows!

Catherine is the creative genius behind the visual branding side of my projects. Her branding work instantly elevates any project I'm working on. Though she runs her own design studio, we work closely together to deliver a cohesive, intentional brand and website experience under one streamlined process.
The Pause Community For Women Entrepreneurs
IIn 2023, Catherine and I created the Pause Community as a natural extension of our friendship and our shared values around collaboration and connection. Through support, shared experiences, and real conversations, we help women entrepreneurs grow and thrive together.
