i didn't start out in the digital Marketing World.

I started inside a wellness clinic, where I wore many hats. I created the Patient Experience Manager role for myself because I kept watching patients fall through the cracks and I wanted to fix it.

Patients were dropping off — not because the care wasn't excellent, but because the journey between touchpoints was broken. Gaps in the intake process. No system for follow-up. No strategy for turning a first-time visit into a long-term relationship. I could see exactly where they were losing people. So I built the systems to fix it.

That clinic expanded into online consulting.
